1. Acceptance of Terms

Access and use of the syndic-co.com website and the Syndic-Co SaaS platform implies your full and complete acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Syndic-Co is a SaaS (Software as a Service) condominium management solution for professional syndics, volunteers and condominium councils. Our services include:

Administrative management of condominiums (units, owners, documents)
Financial management (collections, disbursements, fund calls, budgets)
Supplier and service provider management
Online owner portal
Complaint and general meeting management
Reports and dashboards

3. Platform Access

Access to the Syndic-Co platform is reserved for users with an active account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any action taken from your account will be attributed to you.

Account creation: by invitation or via registration form
Authentication: by email and secure password
Security: 2FA available for Premium accounts
Duration: access is valid throughout your subscription period

4. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
Use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose
Not attempt to access other users' accounts
Not introduce viruses or malicious code
Not copy, modify or distribute our source code
Comply with applicable laws and regulations in Tunisia

5. Pricing and Payment

Our prices are available on our dedicated page. Payments are made by bank transfer, credit card or direct debit.

Monthly or annual subscription as chosen
Electronic invoicing available
Secure payment via our partners
No refunds for partially used months

                 In case of late payment, access to the platform may be suspended after 15 days of non-payment.            

6. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Termination initiated by the customer: written request by email
Termination by Syndic-Co: in case of non-compliance with the terms
Consequences: data deletion after 30 days

7. Intellectual Property

All elements making up the Syndic-Co platform (texts, logos, icons, source code, database) are the exclusive property of Syndic-Co. Any reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited without prior authorization.

8. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Tunisian Law No. 2020-43 on the protection of personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Syndic-Co makes every effort to ensure the continuity and security of its services. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

Temporary interruptions for maintenance
Cases of force majeure (natural disaster, cyberattack)
Input errors made by the user
Consequences of non-compliant use of the platform
Data loss due to user negligence

10. Warranty

Our services are provided "as is". We guarantee that the platform will operate as described, but cannot guarantee a complete absence of errors.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be notified by email or via the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Loi tunisienne

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
