General Protection Art. 20 Loi 94-36

Tunisian Law No. 94-36 Loi n° 94-36 du 24/02/1994

Under Tunisian Law No. 94-36 of February 24, 1994 on literary and artistic property, intellectual works are protected by the sole fact of their creation, without formality.

Under Article 20 of this law, "The reproduction or representation of a work, in whole or in part, without the consent of the author or his successors is unlawful".

Any total or partial representation or reproduction made without the consent of the author or his successors constitutes an infringement, punishable under Articles 70 et seq. of Law No. 94-36.

Applicable Sanctions (Tunisia)

Under Tunisian law, counterfeiting is punishable by:

A fine of 1,000 to 50,000 dinars
Imprisonment of 3 months to 3 years
Seizure of counterfeit copies
Damages to the author

Trademarks and Logos Loi n° 2001-36

Any use whatsoever of the brand names and logos of this site is prohibited without the authorization of the owner, the author or his successors in title of Syndic-Co, Syndic-Co.com. In accordance with Tunisian Law No. 2001-36 on the protection of trade, commerce and service marks.

The following are protected in particular:

The name "Syndic-Co", "Syndic-Co.com"
The brand logo and its variations
Graphic charters and visual identities
Source code and site architecture
